How many net cards does Great Gut® Prebiotic Fiber have?

There is a total of about 6 grams of carbs, a little over 5g of which are fiber. That leaves about 1g of net carbs. Our formula is very keto-friendly.

Does this product have any soy?

No. The formula contains no soy and no dairy.

I usually mix Benefiber with my morning coffee. Can this be mixed with coffee, which is non-carbonated?

The prebiotic fiber blend should mix very well with your coffee. Several of the prebiotics are actually complex sugars which might add a touch of sweetness to your drink.

We've found it's best take with meals; however, it should be fine to take any time.
