What’s summer without a backyard barbecue and grilling?
Remember – you can always substitute gut-friendly ingredients in your favorite recipes, too! Go for whole grain breads and buns, vegan mayo, etc. Sub in honey or agave to reduce the sugar content. Many recipes can easily become more gut-friendly. And don't skimp on the veggies - they work great on the grill!
